Reception hosted by H.E. Birender Singh Yadav, High Commissioner of India to Ghana and Mrs. Richa Rao in honour of visiting National Defence College delegation on 20th May, 2019. 59th NDC course participants visiting Ghana are led by Air Vice Marshal Bakul Vaikunthrai Upadhyay and include officers from friendly countries of Bhutan, Brazil, Egypt and Nepal enjoyed. Lt. Gen. O.B. Akwa, Chief of Defence Staff, Ghana Armed Forces also graced the reception which included patriotic performance by children from Indian Community (Maharashtra Mandal Ghana).
