Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) India with the support of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India is organizing a Reverse Buyer Seller Meet at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai on 16th and 17th June 2023 during ACMEE EXPO. ACMEE is a world-renowned Expo being organised from 15- 19 June 2023 at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai, India. www.acmee.in

The event is expected to hosts over 500 exhibitors along with around 30,000 business visitors. The sectors of focus are:

EEPC India is offering the hosted buyers the following: 

  • Complimentary 2 Nights Hotel stay (15 and 16 June 2023)  
  • Overseas Buyer should check in on 15 June 2023 at Chennai.  
  • Overseas Buyer must be present at the venue of RBSM Chennai Trade Centre at 9.30 AM on 16th and 17th June for B2B matchmaking.  
  • Partial Air Fare Reimbursement is made on production of the following copies
       - Passport  
         - Economy Air Ticket (Round Trip) showing the price and if the price is not mentioned on the ticket, please provide the invoice or the payment evidence.  
         - B2B meetings confirmation  
         - Visa Immigration  
        - Boarding Pass  
         - International Covid Certificate  
  • Complimentary Airport pick up & drop shuttle service.  
  • Complimentary Exhibition centre drop & pick up.

  • Hotel check in/out timings are usually 12 noon . Buyers should arrange tickets accordingly. Any additional charge for additional stay will be the responsibility of the individual buyer (approx. charges for room night are USD 100.00 per night.  
  • There is a nominal Registration Fees to be paid during the time of Registration. If not, the registration fees shall be deducted while reimbursing the ticket cost in Chennai.
