About Us Nanostructured Materials (NSMs) in Food Packaging, Preservation and diagnostics on 26th August-21

Dear Sir/Madam,

Greeting from TERI!

We are pleased to inform you that TERI-Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre (TDNBC), Gurugram, India and Deakin University, Australia, in association with Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India under DBT-TDNBC-DEAKIN-Research Network Across continents for learning and innovation (DTD-RNA) project is organizing a webinar on Nanostructured Materials (NSMs) in Food Packaging, Preservation and diagnostics 26th August, 2021.

Globally, as multiple nanoproducts are being aimed to reach the application and commercial stages, it becomes vital to understand potential impact of their synthesis and application in food sector. Public acceptance of food and food-related products containing nanomaterials will depend on their safety. The key focus of this webinar aims to raise nanotechnological awareness in food and feed sectors by giving emphasis on practical applicability and controlling strategies of using various nanomaterials based rapid sensing techniques, nano-packaging and nano-preservation techniques for controlling hazardous pathogens and contaminants in food and feed.

This webinar aims to bring together leading academic researchers, representatives from international and national regulatory bodies, professionals, technocrats and industrial representatives to exchange and share their thoughts and experiences on nano sensing prototypes, nano-packaging’s and their applicability in the preservation associated disciplines of food and feed sectors.

An attraction in the webinar is that few international speakers would share video for the demonstration of nanofabrication techniques and various technologies of portable nano-sensors developments used by them for food safety assessment.

The registration for this webinar is free of cost.

Kindly register yourself as participant via clicking on the given link. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further query.

We look forward to your participation in the webinar.
