The High Commission organized “India@75 : Journey through Women-led Development” on 24th July 2021 from 4-6 pm at India House. Mrs. Pratibha Parkar, spouse of High Commissioner, chaired the event. Approximately 50 Indian community women participated in the interactive session where various issues like their life in Ghana, activities/ professions they are involved in, job opportunities available, the challenges women face here in their day to day life, and the role of High Commission in addressing their grievances, were discussed in detail.
