Evacuation Flight from Accra-Freetown-New Delhi on 20/21 st August 2020

As part of our ongoing efforts to evacuate stranded and other Indians desirous of returning to India, the High Commission of India, Accra had arranged another flight in coordination with M/s Satguru Travels and Ethiopian Airlines for the Sector Accra-Freetown-Delhi on 20th August. The flight with 109 passengers from Accra left for Freetown as per schedule time of 1230 PM and after taking another 80 passengers from Freetown, will arrive in Delhi on 21st August at 2 PM India time.

The High Commission team led by High Commissioner of India, H.E Mr Sugandh Rajaram, along with a team of M/s Satguru Travels, were at the Airport to wish the passengers a safe and happy journey. A total of more than 1500 passengers have so far been evacuated from Ghana, Sierra Leone, Togo and Burkina Faso through these flights.
