The 36th Know India Programme

he 36th Know India Programme: Ministry of External Affairs is organizing the 36th edition of Know India Programme (KIP) to familiarize Indian Diaspora youth with India’s culture, heritage and also with contemporary India. KIP will be from 01-25 October 2016. Of the 25 days, the participants will spend nearly 10 days in a select State (Punjab this time). 
Applications are invited from Persons of Indian Origin, PIOs (NRIs not eligible) in age group of 18-30 years. Completed application forms should be submitted to the High Commissioner of India, High Commission of India, Accra by 29 August 2016. 

Selected participants will be provided full hospitality in India during the duration of the programme. Also, 90% (ninety percent) of the total cost of air ticket (at lowest economy excursion fare) is refundable to the participants on successful completion of the programme by them.

Please note, KIP applicant should have valid travel and medical insurance for India. For more details, please read the guidelines/application/schedule in the attached document.
